NEW YORK, NY, March 20, 2018 — Cheil North America announced today it is expanding its content marketing footprint to the U.S.
Launched in Toronto in 2014, CYLNDR Productions is expanding to Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, and will offer speed-to-market, high-quality production services that equate to effective value costing. These services include cross-media production, campaign delivery, smart production technology, process and cost optimization, and best-in-class creativity.
With offices in New York, Toronto, and Durham, North Carolina, CYLNDR Content Agency will provide creative brand content and curation, content strategy, social media content, and content technology consultation and implementation.

CYLNDR Content Agency will be led by CEO Craig Waller, a content marketing expert who has built and run agencies in the U.S. and the U.K. He built Pace Communications into a 350-person-strong content marketing agency with five offices around the U.S. Under his leadership, Pace was named agency of the year by the Content Marketing Institute in 2013 and 2017, and they were a finalist for the award for five consecutive years.
Reporting to Lau, Waller will be joined by Chief Creative Officer Heather Keets Wright, whose work spans decades and media. Wright’s experience includes creative leadership positions at Time Inc., Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, and Scripps Networks Interactive. In her content marketing agency roles, she’s served as executive creative director for Walmart, Wells Fargo, USAA, Marriott, Trulia, and others.
